If your e-mail is hosted by Cape Publishing, you can access your webmail account at http://webmail.example.com. (Do not insert "www" into the URL. This will misdirect you.)
You should see a screen that says, "Welcome to Cape May Webmail."
Your username and password combination is the same as what you were assigned when we first set up your account. If you cannot remember your password, please call 609-898-4500 to have it reset. We cannot recover a lost password.
Your e-mail uses an IMAP server. When you log into your e-mail account via webmail or through an email client like Outlook, the program syncs with the server to display your email. If you delete an email in webmail or in Outlook, it is deleted from the server, and therefore deleted everywhere. Emails are not stored locally on your computer as they are with POP3, unless you configure your email client this way.
