We update websites on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit updates 3 business days before you need them online, particularly with lengthy or complicated updates.
Minor text changes requiring less than 10 minutes' work are included in your hosting plan. All other maintenance is billed at our hourly rate (this includes image editing, scripting, search engine optimization, e-commerce, etc.).
When you're sending updates, please keep in mind that we accept files in the following formats:
- Plain text (*.txt) and Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
- All formats for the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access)
- All formats for the Open Office Suite (Writer, Base, Calc, Impress, Math, Draw)
- Adobe PDF, Adobe PSD, EPS
- PNG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, Bitmap
- HTML, XHTML, CSS, JS, PHP
- SWF, MOV, MPEG, WMA, AVI
- MP3, WAV
